Requirements
Members shall abide by all Bylaws and Standing Rules of CCWGA.
CCWGA membership dues are due on October 1 for the following calendar year. Members paying dues after November 1 shall incur $10.00 fines. Honorary members may be approved annually and paid for at the Executive Board's discretion.
A prospective member must have an official USGA index based on 10 scores that convverts to a playing handicap of 36 or less from the white tee markers at Crow Canyon (index of 32.4 or lower)
For verification of eligibility, a prospective member must provide her handicap and GHIN number to CCWGA Membership Chairperson along with an application in writing and applicables dues.
A prospective member transferring from another club must apply to the Membership Chairperson who in turn will ask the Handicap Chairperson to transfer the new member's USGA handicap home club designation to Crow Canyon. Once GHIN has confirmed the transfer, (usually within a month's time) the new member will be eligivle to compete in CCWGA sponsored events.
No member may concurrently belong to CCWGA and 4-C Niners.
A new member shall play her first official playday with the Membership Chairperson or a designated Board Member.
A resigning member must submit a letter so stating to the CCWGA Membership Chairperson who in turn will notify the Handicap Chairperson so the name can be deleted from the WGANC and/or NCGA rosters.
