2024 Holiday Party

$40.00 inclusive per person. Guests are asked to make checks payable to Bay Club Crow Canyon and turn in on the day of the event at check in.

Buffet includes:

• Winter Greens, arugula, romaine, pomegranate, glazed pecans, goat cheese, balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

• Caesar Salad

•  Butternut squash soup -side of cream fraiche

•  Pesto and Parmesan red potatoes

•  Roasted seasonal vegetables

•  Salmon Maple & Aleppo pepper glaze

• Carving station: Roasted top sirloin-shallot, sherry steak sauce Mushroom lasagna -veggie dish

• Warm bread and butter on the table

• Dessert -apple, pecan, pumpkin, individual sliced

• Portable no host bar/ Coffee, tea and water
