• Reviewed posting of 2/5/2025 General Meeting Minutes on our website
• Sara Rodenburg moved to approve, motion was seconded by Nancy Moore and approved.
Treasurer, Lynn Wheeler for Bev Cabellon – 2025 Budget
• Lynn distributed the summary report which indicated that we are on budget for 2025 YTD.
Co-Captain, Patty Lin – No report
Captain Lynn Wheeler –
• Confirmed everyone is getting weekly blast email and all were very appreciative to have the information
• She highlighted a volunteer opportunity at a tournament in Monterey. NCGA rebate for multi-club members must be submitted by 8/31

• Lisa thanked everyone for their interest in knowing the rules and offered a plastic rules card (made by Suzanne Olsen) to anyone who wanted one.

• Nancy reported that there are two new members, Kristie Kim and Jennifer Sanders (daughter of Lisa Sanders). Two have left (Nancy Park and Paula Bellas).

Major Tournaments, Joanne Severs
• Joanne thanked Pat Rocero for her help with the tournament.
• Club Champion Low Gross Renata Young 149, Annette Blandford won Low Net with a net score of 137. Flight results were announced and are posted on the website.
• Club Champion (Renata Young) and second place low gross (Mindy Han 179) are eligible to play in the WGANC Tournament of Club Champions. Lynn and Joanne interviewed Renata on her family, job and her golfing career. She is in the process of qualifying for the Women’s Mid-Amateur Tournament at the Monterey Peninsula Country Club in October. We congratulated her and thanked
her for being a great representative for Crow Canyon!
Invitational, Nancy Moore
• Nancy thanked her committee for all their hard work in this year’s tournament- Linda Fromm, Barb Mehan, Cheri Stoudt, Nancy Briest. She is working with the club to address improvement areas for next year.
Open Days, Jeanine Schreiber
• NCGA will continue the women’s legacy tournaments. Crow Canyon will host an Open Day in 2026.
EBTP, Dorothy Keen
• Two tournaments remain: Oakhurst (August) and Ruby Hill (end of October)
• Team shirts for 2026-7 are in the Pro Shop. Please try them on and place your order with the Pro Shop staff. Bottoms will be white or navy to go with the shirt.
DVTP, Lynn Wheeler for D.Budd and J. Beeman
Crow Canyon finished about in the middle of the field. Thank you to everyone who played.
Mini-Invitational, Cathy Koubek
• Cathy thanked her team for their help in planning the Poker Run Mini-Invitational on 9/9 (Lynne Morel, Sue Jones, Robin Morris, Robin Bovberg, Leslie Selbach). Almost 70 players have signed up. They will have fun contests for best poker hand, One-eyed Jack putting, mimosas to loosen everyone up.

Play 4 Pink, Teri Johnson & Pat Rocero
• Teri said that the event this year will be co-ed and is open only to members of Crow Canyon Country Club. Participants don’t have to be golf members. Please estimate the handicap if a member has no GHIN. Teams can have up to two men. Signup sheets are available. Game will be a Stableford format with all scores counted. There will be contests, hole sponsors and raffles all in an effort to raise money for breast cancer research.
