CCWGA WEEKLY PLAY DAY GAMES
All games:
• Official play day requires 9 players.
• Flights will be assigned after everyone checks-in.
• Winners will be 1st, 2nd & 3rd in 3 flights for individual play (9 winners)
*1st =$9 2nd = $5 3rd = $4
• Winners will be 1st & 2nd teams (8 winners).
*1st = $9 each 2nd = $6 each
• Winners will be awarded credit in the Pro Shop.
• Games and information will be posted on the front of the score card.
• Golf Genius and scorecards will be used.
• Scores will be automatically posted by golf genius.
• The maximum playing handicap is 40.
*Depending on the number of players there may be fewer flights.
Stroke Scoring – The total gross score minus the handicap strokes. Play must continue until holed. Picking up on a hole is an automatic disqualification (DQ) from the game.
Stableford Scoring – Points assigned for bogeys, pars, birdies, eagles, or better. Picking up on a hole is allowed when that hole will have no points.
Individual Games
2-5-2
Count the best 2 par 3’s, best 5 par 4’s and best 2 par 5’s
Stableford Scoring
Ties will be determined from the hardest hole.
Can pick up on odd numbered holes only on net double bogey (maximum allotted score) – X plus score on paper scorecard.
3-3-3
Use the score from 3 par
threes, three par fours, and three par fives. Stableford Scoring
Ties will be determined from the hardest hole.

Even Stevens
Only even numbered holes are counted for net score.
Handicaps are determined from the even 9 holes.
Ties will be determined from the hardest even hole.
Stroke scoring
Can pick up on odd numbered holes only on net double bogey (maximum allotted score) – X plus score on paper scorecard.
Forget Three
Exclude worst 1 par 3, 1 par 4 and 1 par 5.

Ties will be determined from lowest back nine total.
No pick up on this game. Play till holed.
What Are The Odds
Only odd numbered holes counted for a net score.
Handicaps are determined from the odd 9 holes.

Throw out the scores on your three worst holes.

Sparks
Score the following points for “Spectacular Sparkling” play:
Chip In – 5 points
Natural Birdie – 4 points
One putt – 3 points
Net par or better – 2 points
Out of the sand in one - 1 point
Player with the highest score wins!
Stableford
Stableford scoring:
1 point net bogey
2 points net par
4 points net birdie
6 points net eagle
8 points better than net eagle

Team Games
1, 2 ,3
Total of: 1 best net ball on par 5’s, 2 best balls on par 4’s & 3 best net balls on par 3’s.
1 Best Balls
2 gal team game
Count 1 best net ball on each hole
Can pick up on net double bogey if the ball is not needed (maximum allotted score)-X plus score on paper scorecard.
2 Best Balls
4 gal team game
Count 2 best net ball on each hole
Can pick up on net double bogey if the ball is not needed (maximum allotted score)-X plus score on paper scorecard.
Cha-Cha-Cha
4 man Team game.
Count 1 best net ball on the 1st hole
Count 2 best net ball on the 2nd hole
Count 3 best net ball on the 3rd hole
Count 3 best net ball on the 4th hole
Count 2 best net ball on the 5th hole
Count 1 best net ball on the 6th hole
Then keep going with the same format on the next holes.

Who’s The Witch
Get a 0 or a 1 putt and you get the Witch card.
Give it up when the next person in your group gets a 0 or 1 putt.
Ties go to the one who has the longest putt.
The person who has the card when the round ends is the Witch!
Witch names go in for a drawing for prizes.
Chapman
2 man team game
Both players tee off
Each player will then play their partner’s ball for the 2nd shot
The team will then select the ball they wish to continue with and they alternate the shot until it is holed.
Example: Player A hit B’s second shot, then player B hits the 3rd shot and alternate shots until holed. The unwanted ball will no longer be in play.
Hop Scotch
Total of 1 best net ball on even numbered holes & 2 best net balls on odd numbered holes. Stroke scoring
Can pick up on net double bogey if the ball is not needed (maximum allotted score)-X plus score on paper scorecard.
Ties will be determined from the hardest hole.
Low Net & Putt
Count 1 low net ball and 1 low number putt (same player or not the same player) Stroke scoring
Can pick up on net double bogey if the ball is not needed (maximum allotted score)-X plus score on paper scorecard.
Ties will be determined from the hardest hole.
Match Play
Format will match EBTP & DVTP. The 2 person team will go against another 2 person team. Depending on the handicaps, strokes (pops) will be given to higher handicap players. Each hole will be given points -1 point for win and ½ point for ties.
