CCWGA Board Meeting Minutes – 07/08/25

Captain Lynn Wheeler called the meeting to order at 1:30 pm

• Minutes from last board meeting on 4/8/2025: Motion to approve minutes as submitted was made by Lynn 

• Wheeler and seconded by Darlene Lethin Patch.  Voted and passed.

2. Treasurer, Bev Cabellon - Reported by Lynn Wheeler for Bev

• Current except for last two new members; Guest Day was $41.00 under budget.

3. Captain, Lynn Wheeler

• Rating the Course – 2020 was the last time the course was rated. Ratings are done every ten years. If the golf 

        Pro requests it, a course may be considered for rating review earlier.

• Golf Committee – Lynn intends to request of our new GM, Daren Echeveria, that the Golf Committee be 

• resurrected.

4. Membership, Nancy Briest

• Two new members, Christie Kim, Jennifer Sanders. Since last General Meeting, we have 85 members.

• Wednesday night will be team photos.

• Practice round (Wednesday 7/23) may be scheduled through the Pro Shop

• First time ever, the committee was able to meet with the Chef to discuss food options.

• Friday tee prizes will be distributed at lunch.
